We had good laughs back in January about having 2 portal submissions approved that were located on the sea and the other near the crater of an active volcano. Going those two portal, while not completely inaccesible and goes without saying mildly dangerous, seriously post a challenge to capture and maintain. The portals were "Manila Bay P.I." (located about 600m offshore from the famed Navotas Fishport) and "Cruz en el Taal" (located along Daang Kastilla trekking route at the Taal Volcano Island).
