I miss you guys but duty calls...and thanks for sending us up a team....this looked fun Originally shared by Ruth Shepherd Operation No Limits: Resistance Agents bigbywolf Raymond Taylor , SykoticMan Lee Doyle , and Rio5 (myself) Today, we encountered a green field that covered our city of Jacksonville, FL. With a #GoogleNav  drive time of 1 hr and 10 minutes, we had just enough time to get to the southernmost field point to catch the last ferry of the day to the island at Ft Matanzas where the portal was located. After a stressed drive down I-95, we made it with 10 minutes to spare....only to find out the last ferry ride was suspended due to inclement weather. Boats were grounded for fear of lightning.  Not used to giving up, Jacksonville Resistance was on it. It began as a joke, to swim across the Intracoastal waterway channel to the island, but quickly progressed into a workable plan. What would normally be too fast of a current was almost ideal, since high tide was just minutes aw...

Now this really is cool,Great to see agents working together. #summerofingress  #ingress  Operation #Cassandra  Originally shared by Lucas Ruse Operation: Aqua - A Cross-faction L8 Farm Agents from both factions and two states gathered at the South Carolina State House in Columbia, SC, USA to participate in creating our Aqua Farm. We created a 32 portal L8 farm consisting of 16 Enlightened P8s and 16 Resistance P8s in a tight four block area. This was another unique cross-faction operation in Columbia that has promoted friendship among the factions, and spawned some great ideas for the future. Big thanks to everyone that attended, and extra thanks to those that traveled. -Agent Media Attending Agents: Travis Lide Barbeque(E)                                                      Adrienne Pearson PigPenHedgehog(E) TabA SlotB TabASlotB(E) Mandy Jones mandysmash(E) Hoke Currie kringle(E) David Crow wikki(E) Some Guy rivethead(E) Annie Waits BlindWillow(E) Elizabeth Howell TheSorg(E) Dan Go...

Looks like a great time. Originally shared by Travis Lide FIELD REPORT – Here Stood the Eight House Columbia, SC Saturday fulfilled yet another Ingress dream for the Enlightened in SC – 22 Agents ranging from level 3 to 8 contributed to the creation and linking up of 58 Level 8 portals in Columbia, SC. The day began with agents from all over SC, as well as parts of Georgia and North Carolina traveling to the capital city. After many agents met for breakfast, everyone gathered at the statue of George Washington on the State House grounds. This portal served as Columbia’s first level 7 portal a few months back, and would be our first level 8 as well. Texas sized field...great work agents. Originally shared by Loyd Hutchings (LordOverload) Earlier this evening North Texas Enlightened created a massive field covering the entire Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. Planned and executed by agents thatkidmar, Hespera, Kingmade, TheWeasel, aSquard, Biopia, FatalError404, PrayforMojo and CircuitOverload the massive field added a total of 1,417,324 MU to the global total. Well done guys. Originally shared by cdric julien After a few weeks of preparation, the operation "Blue Sky for Dijon and Besançon" has been successfully achieved with a nice big field of 596k MU (yes, half a million) for the resistance ! Preparation phase, day 0  * Daniel L freshly level 8 went to upgrade Belfort portal  * I contacted Swiss resistant @Nerva and @domibe to ask them to break some bad green links made between Marnoz (stronghold of Nicolas Outrey "Slammy", one of our best green adversary)   and La-Chaux-De-Fonds Preparation phase, day 1  * I drove from Besançon to Belfort (~150km for the round trip) during my lunch time to exchange keys with another local resistant Damien Charlet. I gave him the key of the statue of Vercingetorix (first french resistant in 52 BC) and grab some keys of the Belfort portal D Day  * During the night Slammy and @xoreaxeax(swiss Enlightened) made another french/swiss field (50k MU) that was blocking our project... Team work....Very nice. Originally shared by Chad Walter   Operation Frigid Field - As a new L5 I made a trip to Cleveland, stopping on the way up, in West Salem and the way back in Ashland - doing bad things all over the place.  At this time, I hadn't made any large fields and really had no plans to do so.  However, the stop in Ashland yielded important keys - Ashland Fire Department and Ashland Historical Society at 420 Center St. (this will make sense later if it doesn't already).   A going away party in Harrod, OH, for a dear friend heading overseas, gave me a reason to cruise Lima.  Doing so, had me run across Agents Duffmahn (Scott Duffy) and WolfLebowski (BIG LEBOWSKI), in a meet and greet, gear dump and sharing of Ingress knowledge.  I headed to the party and had a great time, but already was hatching grandiose plans. Shortly after I got home, Operation Frigid Field was born.  With two portals in Lima (NW 1 and 2), two portals in Ashland (NE 1 and 2) and two TBD spots i...

Cosmonautics day...Love the name, well done guys   #ingressreport   Originally shared by Vitaly Kabernik Cosmonautics day or operation 'Shooting Star' First field art attempt created over Moscow to commemorate Cosmonautics day (April 12) was to represent accurate and beatiful star drawn with the fields. Members of the emerging Enlightened Field Art Moscow community spent two weeks collecting keys. Special software was developed for this operation support and further events. Planned figure was ambitious 11-12 km in diameter. 8 field agents orchestrated their actions across the city for about 2.5 hours starting at 5:30am local time. Enforcers support group was tasked to destroy enemy links to finish the art planned. Operation was nearly ruined at the beginning when blue link stuck on destroyed portal and new links appeared inside Moscow Kremlin. However, enforcers were able to destroy both link ends in time, stuck links disappeared, and portals inside Kremlin were obliterated at m...

" Ingress is what you make of it. We choose to work together to have fun – and enlighten the world" Originally shared by Lisa Penland Field Report - #OperationKindergartenCop   #OperationKindergartenCop started out as a conversation among the high levels. We’ve had significant success with our large scale ops..but they require operatives to be higher levels for full impact. We were concerned that lower level players in the area wouldn’t feel connected to the larger #TampaEnlightened community. And so #OperationKindergartenCop was born. The rules are simple. Each team consists of a ward (lower level) and up to two handlers. No more than one 8 per team. The handler has 4 hours to help the ward get as much AP as possible. In order to protect the security of the op, wards had to be either vouched for by a handler or met in person before they could be given the op parameters. We scheduled waves throughout the weekend to meet everyone’s schedule. Each team was required to ta...

Well done agents Originally shared by Lou #ingressfieldreport  Joe Philley Brandon Badger  #Ingress   #ingressenlightened   Last night with the assistance of Agent Idiom we created a field containing 70% of the Jersey Shore and 35% of South Jersey as a whole. The portals of linked origin were in Somer's Point, Cape May, and Glassboro. All in NJ of course. +111206 MU's was the result of this capture. We lived greatly until 40 some minutes after a resistance was able to take down one of the portals at Glassboro. Easy come, Easy go. But with what we had done, we know we can do it again. Only this time we will not be taken off guard as easily, and that we will have more elaborate ways of holding the field. Until then, level 8 proves that the road ahead is paved in emerald! I will be building that road, one portal at a time!

The town of Niantic is safe.....Great idea ! thanks guys   #nianticproject   #ingress  #ingressreport  Originally shared by VAIN Vurxof A summarized field report of operation "Niantic Project" conducted by several members of the Connecticut Resistance force on Saturday March 30th 2013 in the town of Niantic, CT. Operations began in the early afternoon hours as operatives arrived on scene at The Black Sheep Pub for field rations and resonator distribution. In total seven L8 portals and one L7 portal were constructed in the small town within the first two hours. Fearing swift retaliation from nearby Enlightened forces many Resistance agents remained on scene to burn out portals and prepare for active battle. However as the daylight began to dwindle no sign of Enlightened presence had been detected. The operation was deemed successful and Resistance forces regrouped for coffee and debriefing at a nearby cafe in New London, CT. Post ops: It remains unclear for how much longer...
