It all started on the 27th of April one night a local player that just dinged L8 the 7th one of us to achieve the current max level. The plan was tentatively hatched by him as to finally get one of our own L8 portal up and running. We’ve had chatter about setting up L7’s for the longest time but we haven’t gotten around to it as many of us are busy during the week. Furthermore we’ve heard of one more resistance member hitting L8 as well, putting the numbers of L8 players at 10. They clearly have had much of a dominance over Rochester for the past couple months, they created their first L8 portal with no fanfare. Just building it up on the way by, bit by bit the portals increased and we alerted the rest when some were getting close to becoming a Level 8 portal. It mostly was an uph...
