#EliteV  out of millions?  Perhaps the question is how we became millions from a few. Community.   Nominating the Central Illinois Ingress community was not an option; and that's a shame because within our community (as I'm sure throughout the world) it takes several agents with their own special gifts to make this game what it is.   The: welcomers, teachers, planners, the field generals, field makers, field anchors, farm keepers, the builders, agents who share by making drops or driving to deliver, the boots on the ground, the demolition crew, the key mules, the peacemakers, the social event planners and bridge builders.  An Elite agent will have most if not all of the above skills to offer his team and/or community. I'm Morka and I've got 34 millions AP. I was involved in all Parisians operations, including #Cassandra . For me Ingress is not a game but a life style, and I even dream about it. If I decided to apply to EliteV , it wasn’t on the basis of my noted AP, but rather because Ingress has really become part of my life and I love it. Resistance players from Paris love telling that I couldn’t possibly have a real job for playing so much, and I sometimes joke with them by answering that I work for Niantic. If I get chosen for EliteV , I hope to finally meet Niantic Team (and see Anne again), find out how they work and what’s behind the game. Having effectively declared war on Ezekiel Calvin's IQTech Research by spiriting away the unstable but brilliant Oliver Lynton-Wolfe, Hulong's Psychiatric Evaluation team has recommended that the company NOT proceed with allowing him access to their Bangkok facilities. The document identifies Oliver Lynton-Wolfe as 'functionally resistance,' driven by his hatred towards Roland Jarvis, most likely an artifact of their falling out after #Cassandra. Links would radiate around a central anchor, Point zéro des routes de France , the kilometre zero marker for France, located in front of the Notre Dame cathedral at the heart of Paris. First of all, ten anchors on the borders of the city were chosen to sketch the general shape of Paris. Our criteria : links should not go over either a green or a blue farm, so as to reduce the cleaning time required before they could be drawn. I was hoping for answers, instead, I'm left overwhelmed by the staggering implications of what is said. I continue to remain convinced that we must understand what the Eastern European (Russian?) Operator is saying if we are to frame this new information correctly, but even without that piece in place, if what Devra is saying is true, it changes our understanding of the Shapers, of XM and the Portals, and of our own actions as Ingress  Agents tremendously. I regret to inform you that I have identified the body of Carrie Campbell at a Chicago Morgue. The Tycho image clearly showed part of a note written by Carrie, but when I asked the Detectives about it they were not forthcoming. I didn't show them the fragment from the Poster. They were visibly uncomfortable with my presence, and I'm fairly certain that operatives from an unknown organization had us under surveillance. It was a great risk going into a situation like that, for all I knew it could have been an NIA trap, but I had to do it. As I was leaving, a figure emerged briefly from the shadows and bumped into me. I didn't pay much attention at the time, but later, I found a small folded up note in my pocket. Hurriedly scrawled upon it, I found this message, which I believe to be Carrie's final word...

They had discussed meeting there for weeks leading up to the Anomaly, and the importance of the need for a face-to-face discussion was clear in their correspondence. The sender, of course, was anonymous, but given the operator's voice that comes up occasionally, my guess is the video was captured by someone of Eastern European or Russian origin. Visur Technology?
