Excellent idea! Originally shared by FortMax (FortMax) 20150704H Spartans #RedFaction Blood donation helps saves lives. On this Saturday morning six agents came with the intention to donate blood. One other agent came to support the #RedFaction. Unfortunately because of a prior malaria vaccination, one agent had to postpone his donation by 4 weeks. The remaining five agents proceeded to give of their blood to those that needed it. Each agent was a repeated donor, with one agent having collected his Silver (5th donation) and Gold (10th donation) medals. We eagerly await for him to achieve his Platinum and Onyx medals though it may be draining of him. After 2.5l of blood were drawn from us, the Bloodbank provided some snacks for us to replenish much needed nutrients.  An incentive to further encourage us to donate blood was the Q Workshop Persepolis Edition Enlightened Dice Set. Originally shared by Jarvis Mark (MKT) 首屆"香港綠營捐血日"活動報告: First "Enlightened Hong Kong Blood Donation Day" Report : ( Details English translation coming soon ) 三月中, 在 G+ 見到馬來西亞綠營舉辦捐血日, 隨即向不同組別人士宣揚此活動, 得到各方面表示支持, 回饋社會, 為善最樂, 最後香港綠營市場企劃部決定在 4月18日 舉辦首屆“香港綠營捐血日”, 招募無償捐血者. 在籌備過程中, 也遇到問題, 其中一項是地點問題, 因全港捐血站有9個之多, 選擇那一個最適合 ? 與紅會公關部溝通後, 建議我們去觀塘 APM 捐血站, 地鐵上蓋, 環境幽雅向維港, 地方較為闊落, 適合團體捐血活動. 最後與紅會正式申請當日活動. 資深玩家@NewtypeNT1傾談中提及到 Ingress 其實已經開始了 #MissionsForGood  慈善活動理念, 個人對此有意義的活動非常認同及支持, 並列為 ENL MKT 其中一項任務，不久將來會舉辦更多公益回饋社會活動。 講到任務，不會離開 Ingress #Mission  吧，拿到 Mission 章之外，還有一個紀念價值，立刻邀請@joeyiu設計一個捐血日 Mission 章給參加者做任務。在籌備至宣傳工作，前後不用兩星期，已有不少綠營朋友查詢及報名。 四月初，與資深玩家@starangel閒談中建議送襟章給參加者作為紀念，如果個別有證書就更好。最後由 MKT 負責人之一@EvilcaT設計及親手造了一個愛心匙扣，只有出席者才能擁有，再加上親筆簽名的證書，以示感謝大家支持。 當天 4月18日, 三點前已有綠營朋友到場準備捐血了, 而捐血站也比平日多捐血人士等候捐血, 我們隨即開始捐血程序, 以流水作業形式, 跟紅會的指示安排 ( 填妥捐血表格, 測試血色素, 護士接見, 量血壓, 正式捐血啦 ), 捐血後稍作休息及享用中心提供的飲品和食物....大家在等候及休息期間, 已約定晚飯後 “起田放火” 節目, 開開心心交流之外, 其實手指一路有 hack portals, link field...

I'm Gabolander , L10 Enlightened Agent from Rimini - Italy, and I'm also a Blood Donor in real life. I am a member of AVIS (The main Italian Volunteers Association of Blood Donors) since 2005 and constantly donate blood every 3 months (as of a law limit), and now I'm really proud to join the event Red Faction Week Ingress Agent Blood Drive and support this campaign. Here a short list of the steps for the event: 1) Choose a day and time for go to your local blood bank for your city’s. #RedFactionWeek will take place June 23-30, 2014. You can set a time to meet up and perhaps also host a farming event, a cross-faction party, or whatever you like! Get your agents involved by encouraging others to create custom banners or buttons for the event, bake Ingress-themed cupcakes to serve to donors, etc. Maybe even recruit other donors to play Ingress! 2) Have your agents share photos in the Event Page, and keep track of how many agents donated. Encourage agents to wear Ingress t-shirts or gear to show their faction. 3) Optional: For those who cannot donate blood...
