We plan a meetup with Smurfs in Paris for a fun weekend. A weekend with a bit of ingress and of course sightseeing. Lots of places to see! Hangouts, a community, some documents are created, brainstorming and so on. Time passes by. A few months later, we decide to go on and chose a date in august, close to Paris Liberation anniversary to help Parisians being freed from the shapers. We are sending invites to agents all over Europe so they can book flights and hotels. Days go by and then a small setback: Niantic is planning an anomaly on the same week-end. What to do?
