Operation #Cassandra, a 14 day long XM Anomaly being exploited by a global network of Enlightened and Resistance Agents will impact Washington D.C. and Boston, MA on August 17, 2013. By utilizing massive levels of XM, the Agents are attempting to influence key American cultural, political and financial powercenters.

IQTech will be monitoring the situation. Our XM labs predict that the Anomaly will manifest as follows.

MEASUREMENT TIMES
We intend to measure the Anomaly 4 times, at 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00 Local Time (EDT) during the first 5 minutes of the hour. The exact measurement times are encrypted using an unbreakable One Time Pad, which will be revealed with the results of each measurement.

CLUSTERS
Four Clusters per city have been selected for measurement. Images are enclosed to clarify the Portals within each Cluster. Each Cluster corresponds to a single Measurement Time. (Cluster 1 = Measurement 1 etc.).

VOLATILE PORTALS
15 minutes prior to each measurement, we will be able to determine 5 Volatile Portals, a subset of the active Cluster, that will be significantly more valuable to the factions when the measurement occurs.

MAJOR POWERCENTERS
Of even greater significance are two key powercenters in Washington D.C., The White House and The US Capitol Building. It is predicted that capturing these structures in an XM field will be critically valuable to the Factions during the course of the Anomaly.

 * Links anchored by multiple Portals will be counted once.
 ** In the event of overlapping fields from different 
Factions, the outer field will be measured.

IMPACT ON REMAINDER OF ANOMALY
The end state of this Anomaly will accumulate and carry forward for the remainder of Operation #Cassandra. The losing Faction will be able to gain access to Volatile Portal information approximately 5 minutes earlier (via Private Intel and/or Faction Comms) at the next Operation #Cassandra city.
