A friend asked me for Help

I need some assistance with Google Apps - my brother in law wants to convert and is having difficulty setting it up - his 30 day trial expired because he couldn't access the dashboard - i looked at it briefly and it appears he didn't verify ownership of his domain at the time he registered - any thoughts as to who I may talk to to help get him set up - is there a troubleshooter somewhere? thanks bunches.


Any ideas...?
