    At least Dmitry admitted that is "completely normal" to lie. Now there is an honest politician for you. Unless he is lying about it being completely normal. Then he would be a lying liar. Now seeing that two negatives make a positive he could be seen as a positively lying liar and more suitable than anyone to run for a high office in politics.
