    I just set this as my desktop and played with the brightness and contrast.  The figure in the foreground is obviously translucent.  You can see the power lines running behind his hood.  If you look very closely in the top of his hood, you can almost make out a figure standing on a balcony behind him.

    There are definitely letters on the street, but I can't make out what it says, but that could just be that artists signature. I also see that he is fading (if that's the word), and there is a symbol on the wall.

    the letters look like "cinin" or "cinim" what would not make a lot of sense, but if you turn the picture upside down It looks more like "vivid"
