    I tried using Google Image Search to see if it would find it, but I didn't have any luck. I'm sure it isn't here in our town.

    Was doing that as you mentioned it. No GPS data, actually looks as though it was obfuscated. It does appear as though the photo was taken with a Galaxy Nexus (tuna)
