#Ingress field report: #enlightenment wins a large field in Poland.
6 fields. 9.5 million MUs. 2 hours to complete. Weeks in planning.
Thanks to cooperation of numerous enlightened agents in Poland, we have managed to create one of the biggest fields in Europe, additionally multiplied - 6 times. We have identified two isolated link points for the base link - Zawonia and Skala, and thanks to the coverup actions of Wroclaw and Krakow agents, the portals were kept up and the 225 km link largely went unnoticed for a week.
We identified 6 key portals in Warsaw to build the field over - and rallyed a team of agents to execute the plan. 5 first portals were taken over earlier, so as not to let resistance know what we are doing. We starting the drive around 22:00, and finished two and a half hours earlier. For the final part, we suspected resistance, so we split into two teams, one took out the colliding link the other finished the last field. Restistance, it seems, was sound asleep and the field is still standing strong, ~2 hours later.
Also, while the rain did not stop us, but the GSM coverage seemed to be not enough for 8 data-hungry devices. The NIA attack also occurred at an untimely moment, cutting our overhead navigation right when we started. But the #enlightened shall not be stopped by such silly issues ;)
Thanks to the all involved teams, and in particular:
Krakow:
Piotr Piątkowski Greg Gie Michał Dwużnik Michal Galas (your script is awesome, and you should feel awesome)
Wroclaw:

Warsaw:

Piotr Bebenek Radosław Stankiewicz Emil Górski

That just looks awesome too. Not only because it's the right color.
ReplyDeleteI really thought something was wrong!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant!
ReplyDeleteWow. I just looked at it. That's huge.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous color
ReplyDeleteTaylor Evans - I get that all the time.
ReplyDeleteThis'll be a tough nut to crack
ReplyDeleteOne kill shot will bring em all down... but damn if it ain't pretty while it's there.
ReplyDeletePretty neat. But the two main anchor portals aren't super strong, but are remote. Still, 10M MUs is incredible :P
ReplyDeletegood work! ;-)
ReplyDeletenice!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome. And a lovely shade of green, too!
ReplyDeleteDo the MU add for each fields or only the largest field matter?
ReplyDeleteDamien Mórka they add up.
ReplyDeletei think they stack, when you look at the global score...
ReplyDeleteWhy are there numbers on the portals?? That the euro scanner? Are they more advanced??
ReplyDeleteWhich app is this? Is it legit or one of the ones that has been taken down?
ReplyDeleteTrójkąt bermudzki ?
ReplyDeletebeautiful work :)
ReplyDeleteIts javascript im told. Chrome extensions....
ReplyDeleteI was wondering how the enlightened doubled their score yesterday. Good work.
ReplyDeleteThe AP just from taking down one portal on the east or west side would be staggering...I wonder who did it
ReplyDeleteJeff Fuentes Word to the wise - if a portal like this ever presents itself, attack as a team. We've discovered that any portal that is being attacked by multiple people has a tendency to give EVERYONE the AP for taking it down.
ReplyDeleteCan I get a invite?
ReplyDeleteYup I've seen this happen which I'm glad it does this
ReplyDeleteAwesome
ReplyDeleteWell done! Very impressed
ReplyDeleteNate Hoy i have not experienced multi ap distribution on group attacks. Has it happened often for you?
ReplyDeleteAs for numbers on portals, it is not modified scanner. It is just intel all agent use but with bits of js and css magic added to the browser.
ReplyDeleteDevin Lumpuy When two people had destroyed resonators at the same time, both get AP for fields and links that were taken down.
Devin Lumpuy We can't meet up often, but I know on a particular hit with many links we had EVERYONE showered in a whole lot of points and seemingly the same number - far more than could be accounted for by everyone only getting the fields/links they dropped. The COMM showed all the credit going to one of our most junior players but two people leveled up.
ReplyDeleteI've seen single portal drops when teamed up giving points to both.
There's a decent chance, I can corroborate, for the ap to be delivered to multiple agents when a group of fields drops. Assuming agents have devices firing concurrently.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info all. Any pointers to those ebhancements fot us currently using Intel page?
