A chatlog today confirms the rumors heard yesterday. The anomaly on 03/16 has shifted locations, and will now be centered around the UT Tower on the UT Austin Campus.

In addition, the anomaly now spans 2 hours, with measurements being taken at half hour intervals. For details see my breakdown, or read the leaked Niantic Chatlog at http://www.nianticproject.com/?id=sc412a
