In order to synchronize with the motives of CycLAvia, this anomaly will favor Agents who move, explore, and enjoy the open promenade.

Primary Faction Objective:
* MOVE and DEPLOY low level Resonators (L1, L2, L3). 1 Point will be granted per Agent per PortLAvia Portal. Agent score will be doubled if photo proof of biking the entire route is submitted to this event page by end of the anomaly (see below).
* AVOID use of high level Resonators (L4, L5, L6, L7, L8). 4 Points will be granted per destruction of high level Resonators found on PortLAvia Portals.
Secondary Agent Objectives:
* EXPLORE the route from a new perspective. Submit new Portal suggestions to Niantic along the route. After submitting, share photo to this event and hash-tag with "#CicLAvia #Ingress #PortalSubmission". Portal photos with top +1 votes will get additional rewards.
* ENJOY the ride. Agents who submit a photo of themselves at the start and finish with their bicycle and hash-tag with "#CicLAvia #Ingress #Complete" will double their Faction point contribution and may be randomly chosen for additional rewards.
