We are at war! Yet every day we pass by people who don't realize what's happening around them. Have we already lost or is this precisely why we are fighting?

Millions of people living their lives, oblivious to everything that's happening around them. They have no idea that there is a Resistance because they don't know that there are Shapers and the Enlightened. They have no idea that their capacity to decide about the most basic things can be taken from them in a second. We've seen it happen countless times. Just one Enlightened control field over them and we notice differences in their behavior. We saw it before...

What we didn't said in that report was that on April 23th that gardener looked for us to tell us what had happened during the time he was under the influence of the Shapers. He told us the terrible thoughts that the Shapers placed on his head and what they wanted him to do. We found that the Shapers knew the existence of our underground laboratories and were preparing an attack. We strengthened our security but it was only when our secret facilities were attacked that we realized the importance of this information.

We decided to look for the gardener on May 19th to get more information about the Shapers plans. It was useless until our scientists put him under hypnosis. We found that, on the 25th of May at 11am, there was going to be a peak of Shapers activity and influence in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula. This information by itself was nothing special but we couldn't overlook it. We had to prevent more innocent suffering. We had to do something and we had less than a week to do it.

The Oporto Resistance began contacting agents in several key areas that could be affected by the Shapers. Our main concern was the northen part of Portugal and the Galicia region, in Spain. These would be the most affected regions but we certainly couldn't take chances. We couldn't risk that the most populous cities in Portugal fell into the hands the Shapers. So many innocents would suffer...

We elaborated a plan to create control fields to protect the general populations and everything was going perfectly. Teams of Resistance agents removed Enlightened links and control fields that were in our way from May 23rd until a few hours before the start of the big operation, but there were three obstacles to our plan: three portals that were in control of the Resistance and had links that prevented the realization of our plans. Our scientists had only managed to create two Jarvis Virus. They were the only ones we had access to. We had to make a decision. Given that the area most affected would be the northwestern part of the peninsula, we decided to use the viruses in the region of Galicia to allow more protection in that area at the expense of the more central region of Portugal. The Jarvis Virus were used in the portals "Palacio de Justicia. Tuy” and "La Inteligencia hecha Edificio" in order to close all control fields in the northen area. Given that Coimbra is one of the most populous cities resorted to an alternative plan to protect it sacrificing Aveiro and Viseu.

On the 25th of May the operation ran smoothly and we managed to protect most of the inhabitants of the northwestern Iberian Peninsula and in the most populated cities in Portugal.

- First joint Iberian operation (Portugal and Spain).

We would like to thank all those Resistance agents who were indirectly involved in this operation by not making links that prevented this accomplishment.

We would like to ask all the agents of the Portuguese Resistance, Brandon Badger, Joe Philley, Anne Beuttenmüller, Brian Rose and Ingress to send us some ADA Virus and Jarvis Virus because we spend our last ones in this operation and our scientists say it takes about two weeks until they can create the new ones.
