WANT!
ReplyDeletemumbles Fuck Verizon Wireless . They are the reason why people on the CDMA can't have nice things.
ReplyDeleteArg if only they had it for Verizon :(
ReplyDeleteThat's a really nice looking phone, I think I'm still going to wait and see what Moto has up their sleeves with the Xphone though.
ReplyDeleteI want to see what the Moto X, Note 3, T-6 and the N6-TE Mark II have to offer first. There seem to be a lot of exceptional phones coming to market in the second half of the year.
ReplyDeleteHTC Master Race!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I won't upgrade from my Sensation until either some super battery is invented or phones get space thrusters or lasers or something.
M Hatti hard to tell, isn't it? Anyone know if this will be sold on the play store like the S4?
ReplyDeleteM Hatti at D11 someone from google said that they are still making Nexus phones since the Nexus program is about pushing the envelope. The "Nexus Experience" program is just google flipping of Verizon Wireless and building up their bargaining power so they can kill CDMA.
ReplyDeleteLol, well said Mario II Valenzuela down with the Big Red!
ReplyDeleteOh yes WANT
ReplyDeleteSorry Chris Ziegler and Mario II Valenzuela I deleted my comment before I saw your response. I wish we had an undo here. Point taken from both of you.
ReplyDeleteWhile I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus on Verizon Wireless I do also own a Nexus 4 with T-Mobile prepaid $30 plan. I was thinking about picking up the Galaxy S4 or the HTC One Nexus Experience device. There are pros and cons to owning one of the three phones from Google Play However two things that stands out the most to me regarding the Nexus Experience devices are.
ReplyDelete1) The HTC One has a great build quality unfortunately the camera sensor is not as good without having the proprietary HTC Sense camera optimization that Nexus just doesn't provide on AOSP.
2) The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a better camera sensor than the Nexus 4 however just like HTC, the photos will not compare to the proprietary Samsung TouchWiz photo optimization software.
With both these devices, you'll have a lot of useless sensors on the devices. For example the IR ports on both of these devices will not function or the humidity and temperature sensors on the SGS4 will not function at all.
Nonetheless, these devices are super attractive and now the Nexus experience can be available in more hands. We have choice.
What about Beats Audio? What happens with the sound on this phone with Google Experience?
ReplyDeleteThat is the one question I need answered before I can consider purchasing this phone.
Michael Giusto Beats Audio is proprietary to HTC Sense in phones and tablets.
ReplyDeleteMichael Giusto Beats by default will always be enabled with no way to turn it off.
ReplyDeleteChris Ziegler The audio enhancement is software. Look at a HTC One with Sense vs HTC One with Cyanogenmod. The audio is not the same.
ReplyDeletehttps://plus.google.com/102014810775752690796/posts/BAEAC7n1izh more info here buddy Andrew Gorgi
ReplyDeleteIt's still a HTC phone so it will still have beats audio. You just won't be able to turn it off.
ReplyDeleteJoe Philley Why don't you have one already? Not enough clout?
ReplyDeleteSo very want!
ReplyDeleteWalkaway Joe doesn't need clout.
ReplyDeleteThey take very good care of us but they can't keep giving us phones....mine blew up last week and the boss gave me his back up :)
ReplyDeleteHow many of you guys have a boss like that ;)
ReplyDeletePedro Owsik it's not officially released yet...
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting to see what the Note 3 has to offer as compared to my Note 2 before looking at anything else.
ReplyDeleteP Koester you got ripped off. The Nexus 4 16GB is 350 on the play store...
ReplyDeleteAnything "Google Edition" is on my WANT list!
ReplyDeleteOoh - I love my One X apart from the HTC bloatware... a One Google Edition might well keep me using HTC instead of moving to Samsung S4 for my next phone at the end of the year.
ReplyDeleteAlways assuming it becomes available in Ireland...
Not many more things to announce then the new Nexus 7! Hey Joe Philley , Hows the Nexus 7 Mark 2 going in field trails?
