CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SYDNEY ENLIGHTENED!
I submit the challenge among all my enlightened friends to play #Ingress and #ThinkGloballyActLocally
Will others follow suit as others have before us? Will we have news of independent XM events popping up during Ingress anomaly events like those upcoming in Boston, Chicago, New York and beyond, during the official Ingress #Cassandra XM Anomalies?
Below are excepts of an the initial report I submitted to our Ingress Enlightened Sydney before the conclusion #Cassandra there. Our local Resistance was making ambitious attempt of capturing 1000 simultaneous L8 portals, so we ended up running dual ops, under the name Operation Goldfinger. They had fun. We had fun. Smurfy snacks were surely had. The next Louisville #Ingress #XFaction Event is scheduled for November, where an AP Challenge and Paintball battle is sure to settle any score.

The Louisville, Kentucky USA Enlightened, collaborated in solidarity with the Sydney Australia Enlightened during the #Cassandra Sydney XM Anomaly. In what was the first of two fields, we achieved our aim of contributing to green fielding centers of cultural, intellectual, financial and political power.
Most notably, was the multiple layered fields over Fort Knox, where the United States Department of the Treasury has maintained the Bullion Depository on the post since 1937. This facility is operated solely by the Treasury Department. Also in Elizabethtown (L8 portals glowing portals glowing just south of Ft Knox in the lower field), is Western Kentucky University, among the the places of higher learning here in Kentucky.
We enlightened our city, in the northern field with several universities, Including University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and many centers of international medial research, like the Brown Cancer Center, several unique arts events, such as the Humana Festival, wide variety of culture - Forecastle Festival, Home of the Lebowski Fest founders, home of the jugband, start of the pioneer exploration by Rogers and Clark, the #BourbonTrail , and not to mention a little 2 minute horse race called the Kentucky Derby, and all under a blanket of Green. SHould you choose to take an #IngressVacation - we highly recommend you enjoy our James Beard award winning chefs, like Chef Lee of Bravo's America's top Chef at either 610 Magnolia or Milkwood, and stay at the award winning boutique hotel, 21C, which houses a world-class contemporary art gallery, open to the public 24/7.
ALL this before the end of the #Cassandra Anomaly win. We're in this with you in Sydney!
