"The XM are unpredictable, The Frogs are unforgiving, The Weather is Lousy, but mind me... This is where the action is!"
A mantra for the two-man team from the humble city of Cebu, Philippines who decided that if you want to make a point, don't say it, do it...
Dubbed as "Operation V for Vindication", the journey begin with the idea that Erick John Cuevas @dSaint needs to visit the beautiful city of Malaybalay, Bukidnon to surprise and attend his dad's birthday.
Toying with the thought that it is time for @dSaint to prove his worth as a resistance agent at Access Level 7, a mega-field would be fun to plan and execute, with our overseer JP Sunglao @jeprox's full support over the idea, he gave me free rein on the planning, logistics and execution.
It roughly took about less than a week to come up and execute the field that would blanket 70% of Cebu Island, 80% of Bohol Island and parts of Mindanao with anchors in San Remigio and Carcar Cebu, Dumaguete City, Cagayan De Oro City and Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
With an active ENL community in Cebu, stealth is of the essence-- chaotic schedule, unpredictable weather and health concerns are but a few of the things that made this journey something to talk about excitedly in the far future (google glass and all things sweet and chocolatey, pun intended).
Looking forward to the next ingress adventure-- with the thriving resistance community in Cebu, i'm sure it won't be long before the next post... Another fun-filled, nerve-wracking, health-whining, energy-zapping operations from the front-- oh and i forgot to mention, we just saved roughly 7.6 Million minds from the shapers. :D
