An Ingress situation report is on its way from the DMV #Enlightened cabal. This time lapse shows the peak of the event.

A minor XM anomaly occurred in the United States capitol tonight: a flash field covering exactly the ten square miles of the original federal boundaries of the District of Columbia, capturing more than half a million mind units for the Shapers over 31 minutes. Approximately 20 agents from DC, Maryland, and Virginia are thought to be responsible.

Stay tuned for more details. I have a feeling the Ingress Report will catch wind of this one...
