TARGET OBJECTIVE:
a. 60 multi layer control fields across South East Asia.
b. Ensure the global MU Push for the 13 Magnus finale delivers a win for the Enlightened.

BACKGROUND:
A few days after completing the first operation in the #Lighthouse campaign (featured on Episode 37 of the Ingress Report), an elite team of Enlightened agents from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, began planning an operation to end all operations for the global finale of #13Magnus . Calling themselves the “Billionaire Planners” set out to an ambitious plan to create 60 overlapping control fields over South East Asia to ensure that the 100 points for the Global MU Push of the 13 Magnus Finale.

Successfully dispatching Shard No#7 from Kuching to San Fransisco via Cebu, Okinawa, Izu and Hawaii at 10 pm the previous night, agents of Operation Kuih Lapis began gearing up for the finale of #13Magnus .

OPERATION DETAILS:
In the early morning of Reckoning Day, Dec 15th (Singapore time), Singapore Enlightened agents began breaking hundreds of links of Resistance portals to clear the way for the first set of control fields.

At the same time Team Malacca in Malaysia also began to take down blocking blue links, as well as freezing any green linking activities almost a week to ensure that 14 crucial links could pass through the city of Malacca.

At 8 am sharp, Team Johor Tigers (featured in Episode 38 of the Ingress Report) began Operation Kuih Lapis by linking to Bandung, Indonesia and Sabah in East Malaysia. Simultaneously agents from Indonesia began to Sabah in East Malaysia to complete the fields.

A few tense minutes waiting for blocking links in Johor to be cleared and the agents began pushing the global MU count from 442 million mind units at the start of the #13 Magnus finale by 24 million every time a field was successfully created. At the end of the anomaly approximately 45 fields were created pushing the Global MU count to over 1.2 billion mind units. A positive MU shift of over 764 million, unprecedented in any 13 Magnus anomaly MU shift.

However that was not the end of operation Kuih Lapis. Shortly after another last minute created link by a Resistance agent was clearer by Agent Sentul in a 1 hour fast and furious journey to Morib, on the west coast of Malaysia, another team of Enlightened Agents in Seremban, Malaysia continued to layer more fields to push the Global MU to over 1.4 billion mind units.

With the knowledge that the Enlightened had hands down won the 13 Magnus anomaly, the agents who participated in Operation Kuih Lapis then waited for the inevitable resurrection of Roland Jarvis while enjoying their favorite Kuih Lapis dessert.
