OP: Stealing Christmas from The Grinch
More than a week before Christmas,
And all through the town…
Too many green portals,
Too few blue to be found.
While the Enlightened enjoyed
Shaper thoughts in their heads.
The Resistance were restless,
and awake in their beds.
So the level eight operators,
Dawned their thinking caps.
They laid out their plans,
To catch the Grinch in a trap.
Turn the town blue,
A hell of an op!
We need more than blue portals,
The green fields must stop!
So they gathered their keys,
A megafield planned…
But on the day of the op,
Snow fell over the land.
The roads were too slick,
All covered in snow.
"If the storm doesn't stop,
The field might not go."
To make matters worse,
Green fields covered the land.
"They cut off our anchors,
They've foiled our plan!"
The Resistance regrouped,
Agents answered the call,
"We'll have a blue Christmas,
For one and for all!"
While agents in town,
Started turning things blue.
The real mission began,
For a brave few.
The green fields were killed,
The anchors were set.
Then one agent realized,
"Another field we can get!"
Two hours to midnight,
They turned the town blue.
All four of the layers,
And a fifth layer too!
As the agents went home,
Their job done for the night.
"Merry Christmas!" they cheered,
"And to all a blue night!"
