    Chris Buehler I believe Niantic removed the 18 year old requirement from their TOS a while back.

    josh sherman I am not butthurt.  That is not covered by the TOS.  I am annoyed.  That is prohibited for the other players to cause.  This is my issue.  I thought we were talking about how a kid playing was against the TOS, and how much the TOS means.  If the hundreds of players that have smashed portals and annoyed another player have not been banned for TOS violation, then I think it speaks to how much the TOS actually means.
