South Carolina’s First All Ladies L8 Farm

To the knowledge of all ‘founders’ asked, there has never been an all girls Level 8 (L8) farm within the state of South Carolina, but on Saturday February 22, 2014, the Cola Ladies L8 Resistance did just that.

In typical fashion, the ladies from Columbia incorporated dining and social activities into their farm plans. Unlike the L8 men of the area, who are known for their middle of the night antics, the ladies met for a leisurely dinner and fellowship at the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium before heading out to make Ingress history in the capital city.

In spite of motherly duties, Nimunia and nflynt had to bring their kids, the ladies were able to destroy the existing Enlightened L8 farm located at the South Carolina State House and begin laying down resonators and fields in a beautiful array of Resistance blue. During the operation, Agent Bubbles1116 was heard encouraging the other agents to ensure each L8 resonator was laid down at the maximum distance from the portal, not to increase the defensive status of the portal, but to “make it pretty!”

All of the Resistance members of Columbia take pride in what our girls were able to accomplish with this first All Ladies L8 Farm, marking a momentous occasion within the South Carolina Ingress community.
