A little while ago, I'm sat down watching some Olympic Curling on the TV. Both teams for Team GB are doing well. When it dawns on me that I've been to that place, the place where the stone comes from for Curling stones. So I searched through photos, and yes I remember it was just a quick trip out to sea. But it would be a shame to not include lots of friends (i) in showing them the sites of the historic island, with its Keep, #Lighthouse , Birds and Seals. So we all decide a weekend or so later to meet up and nip out to the island. We all arrive on the Saturday, and oh the wind is so so bad. So we decide after a quick conference call with Pinky and the Brain to wait for Sunday. So the discussion moved on to people that were unable to make it, and that they were having the same weather over in Iceland (ii), but they mention ‘hey I can see that island from here’. Then the Faeroes (iii) pip in ‘hey winds bad here also, storm force, but I'm clearing so the Norwegians can see Iceland’. ‘Really?’, so we ask the Norwegians (iv) about their communications with Iceland. And they say, ‘it’s nothing major, we just like to keep out links clear’, we mention the lighthouse, and they realize that it can’t see our islands lighthouse. So we request that if possible can we see if anyone can rectify the problem. So we ask around, and yes our fellows (v), in and about Scotland have some spare time to relax and play, relieving the stresses of work to clear the problems for us and the Norwegians. So Sunday comes and we cruise out to the island off the coast of Scotland, and Munkehb spots we've been cast back in time. To the 19th century with limited long distance communication, So Wiggles101 finds his telescope and smoke signal pipe and DaVinci Laze finds his helicopter and we manage to talk over the seas to our friends and suddenly Scotland is tranquil green......
