[BEGINNING TRANSMISSION]
*SITUATION UPDATE FROM THE HONG KONG RESISTANCE*

Operation 2048 @ 24/05/2014 0300 UTC+8

We are pleased to announce that the global record of concurrently standing L8 portals is now at 2048.

Less than a month ago, we had 1000+ concurrently standing Resistance L8 portals here in Hong Kong. The non-stop ascendance of L8 portals we achieve here is unexpected, unprecedented and unrivalled.

A month later today, we can proudly say that we have added another thousand to the total and have reached a number of 2048 concurrently standing Resistance L8 portals in Hong Kong.

Milestones:
1000+ for 1 month
1200+ for 3 weeks
1500+ for 2 weeks
1800+ for a week
Currently, at 2048 and counting.

After a dominating performance during Cassandra in Hong Kong last July and a convincing win as a connected cell for Interitus Day 4 last week, we reach out to PA Chapeau, Klue S. and Devra Bogdanovich. We can guard you, act as your Resistance safe-house, and keep you from the Shaper’s ingression. Further, a message to Hank Johnson - let us save you from your state of being trapped as a simulacrum. The Resistance can help you.

Key to this feat, we would like to thank all the agents who played a part in deploying, upgrading, shielding and recharging all the Resistance L8 portals in Hong Kong. Without your unfaltering efforts, this historical feat would not be so firmly in our hands.
