A few frames of video, what seemed to be aerial footage of NL-1331 taken by a UAV, emerged some time ago in an #IngressReport. A source has promised to obtain the feed in entirety, but if this transcript is connected to that incident, it seems November Lima may have claimed another victim.

Here's what nobody's saying but is on the fore of my mind:

NL-1331 may represent the beginning of a new era in XM research: The weaponization of Exotic Matter in a conventional form. 

If that's the case, the arms race may be on the verge of going into overdrive.... Perhaps Devra Bogdanovich's fears weren't so far off target...
