    Sebastian Wegstein I think it's actually her. In the Obsessed Episode 2 the two sisters launched the "make your city all of the same colour" weekly challange, so I guess she's acting accordingly.

Zeke:  We could request that it be taken out of the store and shut down the servers. but that could generate controversy and attention. and this operation would largely come to a standstill.
