Operation: Southern Hemisphere Enlightened Lady 8 Farms
To mark the end of May we decided to do what yet had not been done in South Africa; An all Lady Level 8 Enlightened Farm.
We chose The University of the Witwatersrand as the ideal central location to create this farm. We were all very excited to get this project under way and counted down the days till we could get together for this first ever event.
It was a warm Autumn day to be out with friends, to socialise, build and farm.
Rita Kruger was unable to attend so pre-populated the portals with her Level 8 resonators the day before. Eugenia Baptista Eileen Nicholson Kelly Za Janine Annandale Chantel Sirakis Yvonne Dias and Zedelaine Van Zyl were happy to report in early to get this day under way. On arrival though Kelly Za reported issues with logging into her account and we were rather worried this was all for naught. The ladies opted to continue building as high as they could while Kelly sorted this issue out. This single resonator was sorely missed during our first round through the campus and was duly noted by Resistance agent krow noting on comms how we were missing just one more lady ;-P
By the time the group had finished the first round through campus Kelly was ecstatic to report that she could finally sign in. Now the race was on to do another round of portals... and to farm Level 8 stock :-P
38 Level 8 portals were created of which 36 were pure Lady 8 portals
What made this more exciting was the fact that other cities were coming on board to create similar farms across the Southern hemisphere. Some with success, others with a few setbacks. I'm looking forward to hearing the stories from these cities
