Operation: Green Hornet
9 Layers @ 28,741,783 MU
Tuesday, April 15, 2014, Operation: Green Hornet was initiated. Unfortunately, the OP was put on hold due to scheduling conflicts; the plans laid dormant.
Tuesday, July 15, 2014, the day after Ingress announced its release on iOS, Atlanta Enlightened agents rallied and reactivated Operation: Green Hornet for a new primary objective: to welcome the new iOS agents. Agents understood that this would risk denying the new tadpoles of AP if the fields stood for too long, but ATL ENL felt a "welcoming gift" of this scale would greatly outweigh a few hours of lost AP.
Sunday, July 20, 2014, Atlanta Enlightened agents created a 9 layer field resulting in 28,741,783 MUs, blanketing Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas in a sea of green. ENL Agents old and new cheered in uproar and unity!
