Portal Level 14 in Paris
Even if that does not give any special power to the portal, the Resistance in Paris and surburbs gathered to build what we believe the first L14-only players portal in France.
We decided to build it at "Place des Victoires" in Paris, a famous place where the Enlightened of Paris built the first L8 portals last year.
The portal succeeded to attract a high level player, it has been destroyed by a player level 16.
