ReplyDeleteIn the case of vernacular, you should probably assume that people are using language in a way that others can understand, and which is correct.
Of course, you could make the argument that XMP instead means Exotic Matter Pulse Bursters, but that doesn't make any sense: you can't fire an Exotic Matter Pulse Bursters.
