The #Final15 Artifacts have begun to emerge in the Portal Network, and it is expected that all 40 #Helios  Artifacts will be live and travelling the Portal Link Network within the next 12 hours.

The new Resistance Target Portal has manifested in Sydney, Australia, and the new Enlightened Target Portal has appeared in Osaka, Japan.

It is expected that the Target Portals will remain in their current positions until September 27th, the end of the #Helios  Anomalies.
