10:00 am - X-faction meetup at Commonwealth

11:45 am - Official AP and Level check in.

10:00 AM Cross-Faction Meet-Up: Meet at Commonwealth Pub on 11 St in Downtown Modesto. All levels are encouraged to join. Grab a delicious brunch menu item, meet local Agents face-to-face-to-face, learn how to play Ingress or teach a new Agent the ins and outs of Ingress and share Ingress stories.
11:00 Am - We will gather at the steps in front of the Modesto Center Plaza for group photos. If the area is not available, we will use the Flower Clock as the backdrop
11:45 AM Official Check-In Begins : Each agent will check-in with the designated Scorekeeper from the opposing faction. The Scorekeeper will verify your Agent name and record your starting AP by checking your scanner. This is the only information that will be recorded or viewed and the Scorekeeper must personally check your device/scanner.
12:00 PM Level-Up Bootcamp (Start): While we encourage agents to walk and play in the downtown Modesto area, there is no limit to where you play (with the exemption of the Modesto Cemetery, lease see Official Rules for details). Please keep in mind the following; regardless of where you chose to play and gain AP, you must return to the starting point and have your ending AP recorded by the scorekeepers by the cut-off time. If your final AP is not recorded, your score will not be counted for this event and you will not be eligible for the raffle.
2:00 PM Final AP Cut-Off (End): Agents will return to Commonwealth to check back in with the opposing Faction Scorekeeper to record their final AP, have a few drinks and continue the festivities. We will have a designated area to check in. The check in area will be closed off at 2:00 PM and no agent will be allowed to enter after this time. Once you are in the checking area, you will have your score recorded even if it is after 2:00 pm. Once all eligible participants have checked in, we will tally the scores and have them verified and finalized by the judges
2:30 PM - (approx.) We will hold a prize raffle for all eligible participants. After the raffle we will announce the final scores.
