"Everything started with a question Originally shared by Michael MokHong Kong #OPSolstice 21 Dec 2014 – The Journey of TimeIt is time for us to reflect and look further. #SITREP   em‘We believe in science, observation, and understanding of natural phenomenon. The word Solstice reflects that on this one day, the sun stands still. How did the ancients explain this? With Fear or Celebration? They turned to astronomy and the observation of the heavenly bodies that dance in the depths of space. The study of heavenly bodies reminds us of eternity. We, shapers, are travellers in this eternal journey of time. We learn from the history, and we use XM as a tool to create a better future.’em Everything started with a question. Two months ago, we received a question from a local agent – whether there will be an event for this Christmas. Not taking long, we decided to go for something big. We started with a mega-field operation, with portals related to stargazing – one of the best things to do on the Winter Solstice. It went quite well – a decent sized mega-field was being proposed, although it was rather ordinary. We then explore other possibilities of the portals something never done (in Hong Kong), something special. After several rounds of modifications to the original mega-field plan, we came up with the idea of a field art. We didn't expect that things will go according to our plan and ultimately leading to a success, as no faction in Hong Kong had ever constructed a mega-field-art – that’s how we call it, with respect to the portal density here. All the portals chosen were quite remote, and the response from the local community was not encouraging at all. We do not have enough agents at the anchors neither do we have enough agents at the site to clear out links. However, we decided to go with our plan, hoping that it will turn out well. And by keeping our determination, more and more agents decided to join, as link clearers, anchors, key transporters, intel helpers and more. We all know that this will not be easy, but by working together in union, we all tried our very best in our own positions. This is what we managed to make this morning in Hong Kong - the double-headed arrow of time, our way to celebrate and show our determination on the continuous strike for XM - for the evolution of mankind. It reminds us to reflect past events, while also providing us a direction to move forward in this eternal journey of time. We are thankful to all the agents involved in this operation, and we hope you all enjoy this day of the Winter Solstice. * #OPSolstice  Operation time 1221 p.m., 21 December 2014 (The Winter Solstice)* Agents involvedAnchorsTung Ping Chau View Compass (@Tung Ping Chau) -@Jackytam(@Wu Kau Tang) -@BEMYANGEL(@Grass Island) -@Irisviel Sai Wan Shan (@Sai Wan) -@Maxtcwong (@Tai O) -@UAREMINEShek Pik Viewing Point (@Shek Pik) -@WazzzzzzWeather Station (@Sham Wat) -@DntWorryBeHappy (@Wong Chuk Kok Tsui) - Pre -captured by @JackytamMong Tung Wan Pier Beacon (@Mong Tung Wan) - Pre-captured by @DntWorryBeHappyTin Hau Temple (@Sha Chau) - Pre-captured by @KaneChiangP.S.
