Mission: To create 100 Level8 portals in 100 cities in 100 countries ( 1 city per country atleast ).
Zagreb / Croatia
SitRep – #XMforAll
#Zagreb is 900+ years old capital of #Croatia
Located in South-east Europe with moderate continental climate you can find here both lakes to swim in summer and ski slopes for winter sports on Sljeme mountain.
In Zagreb center – old town, you can find architectural and historical gems that include old Cathedral, Upper Town churches and houses and also Down Town houses from end of 19th century. A lot of parks and fountains makes Zagreb great city for spring and summer walks.
Citizens of Zagreb love their center and popular café bars & diners where we all spend our free time in all-weather. And we Enlightened players love it to as we can drink and hack any free time we have.
On the south side of the city, we have Sava river dividing older part of the town from newer – Novi Zagreb.
And for this mission, we have chosen two locations:
1) Velesajam – old fair place located in Novi Zagreb
2) Jarun – man-made lake that is sports and recreations area since 1987 Zagreb Univerzijada event.
But let’s not forget #bucketlist portal – “Kumica Barica” portal, located in the farmers’ marketplace in center of the city – housing both open market and sheltered market under it.
Visit it online at https://www.ingress.com/intel?ll=45.814053,15.976815&z=17&pll=45.814053,15.976815
It took one team 3hrs to visit 3 locations and complete 113+ L8 portals for this mission. Coffe and beer time is not included.
Don’t wait for the next Niantic event, come and visit Zagreb and play #Recursion mission at your own pace!
