Operation Ninetails
As part of an effort to encourage and initiate new agents, @3ngineer conceived of a plan to carry out a targeted operation over AS-11 FOXTROT-04, a cell dominated by ENL. The fields were to be anchored at Erode, Nanjangud and Kochi.
12th January, 630pm:
@oanonymous,@nosorrowftw and @darrklorrd travelled from Mysore to Nanjangud; @3ngineer waited at Erode; @beerbaba and @Technocrazian from Coimbatore and Kochi respectively were called upon to take down blocking links. By 710pm, 8 layers were made and 45.2mn MU captured.
All 3 anchors were assumed to be safe and fields were expected to stay the night. Under normal circumstances, the Nanjangud temple closes at 830pm. However, gates were left open on this particular day to accommodate pilgrims, thus giving the ENL a chance to kill our fields before the next checkpoint. Despite their best efforts, six layers did survive past 1130pm, leaving AS11-FOXTROT-04 firmly in RES control.
This was the first coordinated multiplayer operation for 5 of the 7 agents involved.
@darrklorrd levelled up during the course of the operation to reach l8. Congrats!
