They tried to beat us, we won, let’s eat!
Sitrep for Operation Hornet’s Nest
The Resistance of Northern New South Wales, South-East Queensland and New Caledonia teamed up tonight for an epic effort - the plan was made fast and dirty. Just a day after having the idea, we put a call out to all agents who wanted to make some big fields.
With a particular focus on getting newer agents involved in making mega fields, and opening the arena for all Resistance to have the chance to be in the “million plus” field club.
We pulled it off, and put up six layers of slightly over 1 million MU each layer, despite the Brisbane Enlightened getting an early tip off, dozens of blockers including a few very last minute green blockers - and a crazy drug-addled random guy on the streets of Nimbin where the layers were anchored harassing our agents and lying on their car!
I am usually top of the leaderboard in my cell, but haven't made a single field this cycle - just farmed and transferred keys and inventory, done planning and path clearing and thrown links for others to make fields. And seeing my awesome team makes me even happier than making my own fields.
Most of all, it was a load of fun, and proved that excellent team-work and a good attitude is all it takes - and newbies can make epic fields and be a part of major ops too :D
Awesome effort to all involved,@Jarnz @TheOddByte @Benderz @djthewombat @boagsbricks @IAORANA @lox @fffirefly @maelindia @defynd @bulletmagnet @beakerau @jaques1471 @h1ghwayman @wibblypig @quimnut @tbau @busquash @agentoftheclan @zauberwald
