Immediately following the Peoria Area #IngressFS event...

Immediately following the Peoria Area #IngressFS  event (https://plus.google.com/u/0/events/c3oc2b2sf6h6uofpvu31eh103hk) a benefit will be held for Shannon Wilson.  Shannon was recently diagnosed with lung cancer and is currently undergoing treatment, which includes chemotherapy and radiation.  Her friends, her family and the Ingress community would like to help Shannon and her family offset the medical and other associated costs incurred by inviting everybody to join us for a fun evening including dinner, auctions, a raffle, a bake sale and live music.  Admission into the event is $10 which includes dinner from 4-7pm.  There will be a cash bar, cash bake sale, and plenty of goodies to bid on in the silent auctions.  And starting at 5pm, there will be live music from three different bands.  Please come out for the fun and to support Shannon in her fight against cancer.

Note - this event is not associated with Google, Niantic, or IngressFS.  All proceeds of this event goes directly to Shannon and her family.

Yuen:  Shut down the servers supporting the app  Coordinate with Ken and get the app off the store. Take every site that mentions it down. FIX THIS. Zeke:  We could request that it be taken out of the store and shut down the servers. but that could generate controversy and attention. and this operation would largely come to a standstill. Yuen:  so what do you recommend we do? Zeke:  For now. Nothing. Yuen:  that doenst seem like a course of action. Zeke:  It is difficult to set a course in uncharted waters.
