Versão em português ao final.

Operation Gralha Azul is an operation of the Resistance Curitiba (Brazil). Planned to be the largest operation to date, it has been 3 months of intensive planning. Lots of portal lists, collecting keys and personal organization. And the patience to wait for the right time and still having to count on luck.

Why this name? The Gralha Azul is the state of Paraná bird symbol. The Gralha Azul is the leading animal disseminator of the Araucaria tree during autumn while the rooks stockpile pine nuts to feed their babies. In the process, they hide them in holes or fallen trunks on the ground, which allows the formation of a new tree. And we were planting the seed of Curitiba Resistance in other cities.

Our initial goal was creating the largest field that has ever covered Curitiba. In the background, was the goal of raising 100 million Mind Units in a single cell. And we almost achieved that goal.

The operation was divided into three phases:

Phase1: Cover (almost) all Curitiba using anchors in the cities of Piraquara, Araucaria and Almirante Tamandaré, all form the state of Paraná.
Phase 2: Cover Curitiba and (almost) every metropolitan area using anchors in the cities of Apiaí (state of são Paulo) Joinville (state of Santa Catarina) and Campo Largo (state of Paraná).
Phase 3: Cover all of Curitiba and metropolitan area and still reach to the cities of Ponta Grossa and Prudentópolis, both from the State of Paraná, using anchors in Apiaí (state of são Paulo) Joinville (state of Santa Catarina).

Some observations on the anchor portals:

Portal "Coreto de Apiaí" - Apiaí (state of são Paulo): An apology to @Skyshroud by the lack of communication.

Portal "Lapizão do SESI" - Joinville (state of Santa Catarina): Once the operation has been completed, some enlightened players raised suspicions about the use of this portal as an anchor. They tried to take  itdown, but could not enter the location where the portal is located. The portal is in an industrial / commercial complex named Perini Business Park. In this complex there are restaurants, university, bakery, offices, walking paths, and obviously a library of Social Service of Industry, entity of the Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina (FIESC) responsible for providing services for the quality of life and well being of workers and their dependents. Access is public and allowed on working days and business hours and only controlled at the gate by just giving your name and informing the location you want to access. It even has direct bus lines integrated into the urban transport system in the city to acess the loctation. Unfortunately the enlightened agents tried to enter the site over the weekend, having the access denied.
Several Joinville agents have captured this portal, both resistance and enlightened. We chose this, precisely because access is restricted onweekends, making it harder tobe taken down. This is not foul play, gentlemen, it is STRATEGY.
On the next monday april 14th, from 08:00 am theaccess is released and you can try to knock it down.

Moving On.

When the phases was determined two months ago, we started to accumulate the keys to the anchor portals. Teams moved to the cities of Apiaí, Piraquara and Araucaria. In Joinville we could count on the collaboration of agent @BicoSan, that not only captured the keys, but also took down links and helped the project even further.

With the keys in hand, we held meetings to set dates and times, strategy and key distribution. Documents, lists and checklists were produced in order to facilitate and prevent failure during the operation. And then on April 11th we started the operation.

At 02:00pm on April 11th, Alpha Team was already working, cleaning the links in the necessary areas. By 10:00pm we launched the first field of phase1, followed by 14 more layers by 00:25 am of the next day when Phase 1 was ended by security problems. We had 97% success rate on phase 1, only three fields were not completed.

Results for Phase 1: 11,345,887 MU captured, 14 layers, 43 fields created.
In the Alpha team, the agents were:@MikValentine, @4gente47, @SenshiYamato and @LisiaTod

At 00:30am on April 12th, phase 2 was initiated. The Beta team, which had already met earlier to check for possible portals to be shot down and cleaning up certain links, made the first field. And followed 11 more layers by 02:15 am  when the last field was online. 100% success rate and completed within the stipulated time.

Results for Phase 2: 17,989,184 MU captured, 11 layers and 33 fields created.
In the Beta team, were the agents:@Jomr, @Kavoz, @JenPri, @GuardiaoResist, @Danteog, @Rsfrantz

At 02:30 am on April 12th, began phase 3. Team Gama, who had already left Curitiba on April 11th, passed the cities of Palmas and Irati, to take down links that hindered until they reached the meeting point in Ponta Grossa, where agente @Matatetete was asked to take keys and finish the operation in Prudentópolis. The first field was launched in Ponta Grossa by 02:30 am and followed by over 21 layers to Prudentópolis, thephase ended by 11:20am, because sleep had hovered over the @Matatetete agent.

Results For Phase 3: 38,413,437 MU captured, 21 layers, 60 fields created.
In Gama team were the agents:@Sabatke, @JSabatke, @Pittee, @Maryyoda, @Trauss, 2Matatetete,@Matete2, @Eurique

We also had the collaboration of many other Resistance Curitiba agents.

Final Results forOperation Gralha Azul:
67,748,508 MU captured
46 layers
136 fields created (approximate)
22 agents directly involved.
Three months of planning.
800+ KM driven.
We won the cicles and checkpoints on AM14-Sierra-14 cell and 4 more adjacent cells.
24 hours of execution.
A few pounds of goodies and a few liters of soda.
Much laughter, dedication and tiredness. But a lot of satisfaction as well.

Operation started at 14:00 pm on april 11th and finished the 14:00 pm, on april 12th, with the turn of the cycle, crowning victory of the Resistance.

Special thanks to @BicoSan and @Ladraum for helping with the strategy and not measuring efforts in order to climb these fields.
Another thanks to @L3gendario that helped me plan this whole operation and was on duty in Apiaí throughout the process. (And should still be there, sleeping, lol).

And above all, thanks to the 3 teams. You were fantastic. You rewrote the definition of operations here in Curitiba. Congratulations to all. Another glorious victory for the Hall of the Resistance Curitiba.

Thank you all, and congratulations agents. This victory is ours.

Tomorrow will be bigger.

We are strong, we are one. We are RESISTANCE!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Gralha Azul é a ave símbolo do paraná.

E então no dia 11/04 daríamos início a operação.
