OP: Blue jeans 501(formerly: fieldstarrecord)
When agent @Kimotu read about an ireland record with 170 fields at one anchor portal (http://goo.gl/wbS9cm), he decided to break this record and get it to southern germany to Lake of Constance. More investigation revealed that there already has been an anchor with 267 links near Nuremberg (http://goo.gl/HvDbGD) and a Russian team built 335 fields at one anchor (http://goo.gl/CEFm68).
Thus the challenge grew since we had to get more than 335 fields.
To minimize cleaning activity,@Kimotu decided to field over Lake of Constance. Agents @Lebuin11 and @DrDe farmed pretty fast the needed amount of keys (the more the better) and distribution could be started.
Several teams from Switzerland and Austria on opposite lake site started to plan their fields, tried to make as much fields as possible and layer.
Unfortunately OP name, part of area and time were leaked, so we had to find earlier date to realize our project and we decided to make an early bird action. Since one day less of decay, we had to use some more jarvis, but frogs 'helped' us a bit :)
On Saturday, April 18th in the early morning (around 5am), agents started to clean, at 6am central anchor was inoculated, shielded with AXA, guarded by agents and linker teams could start to throw links and build their fields.
At first you did not really see how many fields/links were already on anchor, since fields were so damn small, but with up to 10 fields/minute the field/link density grew more and more and at end of operation it nearly looked like as one big multilayer field. At 7:15 we reach 335 fields, at 7:25 we had passed the 400 marker and at 8:54 we finally even reached 500 fields. Then frogs woke up and started to crush fields in Romanshorn while agents still added fields, but the peak of this OP was 501.
At 9:51 a frog killed our main anchor in about 2 minutes (anchor guards already left) and got around 318k AP. Since our fields ghosted, we even made the 10am checkpoint with our fields :)
As conclusion. As long as nobody else claims and proves to have made more fields at one anchor portal, Lake of Constance smurfs hold world record for it :)
Last, but not least I wanna thank every agent involved in this great operation and for the motivation to keep on with project even when leaked.
