On our way back from Hanover, where we had attended the Shõnin primary anomaly, while waiting in Puttgarden to take the ferry back to Denmark, we decided to use the waiting time to see how many keys we could manage to farm before the ferry arrived. 19 keys we managed to gather before we were dragged on to the ferry. We decided that they should be put to good use and I started forming a plan.
Still deciding on other anchors, @Daffy77 said that he was going to Læsø and he could farm some keys while he was there, and it was determined that this would be a great secondary anchor to partner with the Puttgarden anchor. Now we just needed a city in Sweden with a nice row of portals from east to west; Karlskrona was the perfect match!

Some time went by, deciding on a date and figuring out how to optimize the layer count. The 18th of July was chosen, however this was later shown to be a not so brilliant choice. Many was on vacation and was unable to help. However some very great recruiting was done by @HuXDK,@hmm3 and @4ny and we were good to go! A small bonus was however when the frogs decided we needed to have an x-faction on the same day, so brilliant timing!, while they were drinking in the sun we will be clearing and nobody would be looking at Intel, win win. And because only a few was involved in the op from Copenhagen they wouldn't notice a few would be missing.
Also we had to find a crew for the north anchor on Læsø, and not many was willing to take the trip, even when promised gold in the form of MU's. But @Falla1088 and @randibn volunteered and even commandeered a plane to take them, how badass of them. [Læsø crew siterep: https://goo.gl/NXM8A5]

When the day arrived the awesome swedish team had already cleared much of the path and made guide links, I was really worried we would be spotted as I found it very obvious what we were doing when looking at intel. Me and @Daffy77 went to Helsingør to get uniques, here we met a set of resistance agents who was enjoying the fruits of the city, and spur of the moment we decided to give them a key so they could make another guidelink, a less obvious one i thought, not just to confuse whoever was surveilling us, but also to avoid new blockers. Thank you to @Songwise for making the link.

After Helsingør we took the ferry to Helsingborg and drove incognito, only hacking in several cities until we reached Rønneby a city not far from our destination. A few blockers needed to come down, and we tried to make it look as touristy as possible, I think we succeeded, still no signs of being spotted by the frogs.

We arrived a little early in Karlskrona, but our very talented lead Intel @Kyll1ng said that we might need to shoot the northern link early. The reason was that one of our own smurfs, who was unaware of the op, was fielding in our path in Falkenberg. Luckily @hmm3 was able to find an agent @Svanelito who was nice enough to make the drive and jarvis the blue fields in our way.

At 01:05 (55 min before cp) @dcgToke inoculated the southern German anchor from his comfy leather couch, which he bought to be comfy on the dark harbour. After waiting for a half hour with clear site on all links, we finally got the call to start the linking, the Læsø crew closed the first field and after that @Daffy77 and I, drove through the city of Karlskrona, fielding one field after another, 1.5M MU, 1.5M mU bum bum bum our scanners was shaking, and the adrenalin was pumping. Finally we got to the last anchor and shot 5 extra links to Læsø, and now it was their turn to finish the job. With an electric car running on the last few mAh, they managed to get the last 5 fields up before the 0200 CP. 17 layers with a total of 25,226,558 MU captured, the joy was unspeakable. 4 black Illuminator badges was won.

The frogs noticed fast and within minutes I got the first message in hangout from a frog: "So that was why you didn't attend X-faction today!" But laying on their backs or unable to wake anybody up the fields stood for two CP and was not taken down before one hour shy of the 3rd cp by @herbjor the local frog. Unfortunately for the frogs, we were still in Karlskrona, and managed to build two inoculated anchors and throw 6 more fields (~9M MU) and have it standing for the third cp. we finished up Sunday by getting all the uniques we could gather on our way back to Copenhagen and I managed to get platin in UPV and UPC on top of my black Illuminator.

Thank you to all who helped making this a reality, also thank you to the ones that offered your help, which we in the end did not need (you know who you are).

  1. Every portal is a couch portal, if you bring your own couch. Nice fields, agents.
