Today in 1944: Our Sikorsky JRS-1 ended active service after logging 1,850 flying hours. It is the only aircraft in the Museum's collection that was at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. See it on display in the Mary Baker Engen Restoration Hangar at our Udvar-Hazy Center: http://bit.ly/1qshTEx
