  4. They will be a fully owned (I am assuming) subsidiary of Google along with the rest of the Alphabet companies Phillip Malone​. Good for legal liability, taxes but also means they have to be fiscally responsible to stay afloat.

  15. Kevin Shaw​ Yeah, was just reading that before bed last night. Interesting. Still reads as if they are going to be at least a partially owned sub. Guess time will tell if it's going to be a good or bad thing.
