Reflection 1
I'm still thinking that Calvin intended to use Niantic Project to bring back the N'zeer. The portal at CERN itself being artificially turned into a 13Magnus sanctum using all the members as the sensitives to activate some kind of Mount Meru gateway. The massive amount of XM required was achieved using Oliver Lynton-Wolfe's power cube. The goal was perhaps #Abaddon, which is the destruction of the Shapers' illusional Ultimate dream and the restoration of the N'zeer's cold logic and clarity. Perhaps the Shapers saw this and intervened using Roland Jarvis' entangled pattern. Instead of the N'zeer, Calvin saw his enemies, the Shapers and tried to stop it. Perhaps Calvin was also missing black glyphs, dark XM and a trans-dimensional primary object.
Hank Johnson returned when the Nest collapsed during #Shōnin ritual. Perhaps the sensitives of Niantic Project can return when the Anti-Magnus portal at Persepolis collapses? But where are their bodies? Did they somehow turn into simulacra during Epiphany Night? Or were they already simulacra like Hank which was why they were chosen to become members of the Niantic Project? Does N represent the N'zeer? I do suspect Calvin learned what he knew from Nigel.

Calvin's description of 13Magnus hiding behind organisations and using them as fronts seem to fit Anti-Magnus more, based on the actions and activities of those who are aligned to them, e.g. Calvin himself, Smith, Jahan, Oliver, Nigel (possibly), and Ilya (another possibility).
Reflection 3
Even before Epiphany Night, Calvin, in his reporting to Ni concerning Hank's departure from Niantic facilities to Congo for the shooting of NOMAD, had already tested the mysterious Shaper Virus, on all the sensitives of the project. Perhaps, it's during this Shaper virus test that the sensitives were mind patterned and it culminated at Oliver's power cube test where they could have died from the massive XM exposure and turned into simulacra, but did not realise it due to memory lapse like what Hank experienced at Peshawar Anomaly??

Perhaps Calvin, working with Anti-Magnus operatives at 13Magnus Nest, received report from them that they killed Hank. So Calvin was utterly surprised when the search and rescue team found Hank wondering around an anomalous area with strangely unexploded bombs. Perhaps it was then Calvin knew and understood that Hank had turned into a simulacrum at the Nest. And it was this that he tried to test and replicate at the Niantic portal. To use the Shaper Virus and Oliver's power cube to turn the sensitives or participants of Niantic Project into simulacra just like Hank. So, it's no surprise when he told Ni that Hank was the control while being absent during Epiphany Night. Could this be true?
