Anybody into agent led BBQ events somewhere this summer ? I'd come if we had them. agent led, agent run Whos has the best BBQ and wheres the Chili

  15. Belgium, always welcome. Got some good ribs, pulled pork and some nifty beef skewers the size of my arm. A fully loaded bar in the house, 25 single malt whiskeys, bourbon and about 50 different kind of beers ( hey it's Belgium). Joe Philley​

  21. Here yes we have those all the time!! Maya Davis​​ and Joel Davis​​ make fantastic BBQ along with ingresser Gary Rohrer​​ who welded the smoker himself. Myself and Dave Lambe​​ both work with them for events and we help meat sit when they do event. We have community events a lot with the smoker and even had it for our FS.

  23. While I am proud of my Texas heritage and Georgia training in BBQ Joe Philley​ judged the ribs made by Scott Ralston​ to be better than mine.
    Also if you're looking for Texas BBQ you need to make a pilgrimage to Lockhart, Tx and try the top 3.

Smoked bacon and Bacon-wrapped Chicken Skewers have become a staple, along with the usual smoked tri-tip and other meat.     Btdubs, I have a killer recipe for smoked bacon-wrapped venison backstrap that will be in the smoker with the Boston butts, just sayin'.
    I'm sure somebody can whip up a nice chili too. If nothing else, I've still got most of a juicy doe in the freezer. She'd make a nice four-alarm chili.
